Interesting Night
So Ben and I decide to go grab a couple drinks after work. It’s kinda nice to be able to hang out for a bit at the bar and unwind after coding all day. We’re pretty safe about the whole drinking/driving thing. Neither of us drink very much and we hang out for a long while before attempting to drive anywhere; its mostly just to hang out.
Anyway, we decided to go to the bar around 10. We’d only been sitting there for about 10 minutes when some drunk guy comes up and starts mumbling to us about god knows what for fourty minutes or so. We thought the guy would never shut up. Finally, he decides to take off. So he leaves and just like a tag team match or something, some other guy comes up to us right as the other guy is taking leaving the place.
We ended up talking to this other guy for like 4 hours. He was a nice guy and all. He kept us laughing, but GOOD LORD. We didn’t get outta there till almost 3. It was one of those awkward situations where the person doesn’t really stop talking long enough for you to tell them it’s time for you to leave.
I just got home and I have to say, I’m quite excited about getting to bed.
