Anybody who likes over the top Christmas lighting will really enjoy this.

I recently discoverd one of Google’s newest features. Google Analytics. It’s really cool. Basically, it allows me to track usage statistics from my website. Not anyting specific like “Jane looked at photos of your butt for 6 hours today.” More like, “these are the pages on your site that are most popular.” And “these are the sites that link to your site the most.”

I’ve only had it on my site for the last few days, so there isn’t much data to be had just yet, but I expect there will be within a few weeks. I plan to publish any stats I find interesting on my site, so that’s something you statistics fans, (cough, Ben), can look forward too pretty soon.

Yes its that time of year again… no not time to give thanks and stuff your already disgustingly obese gut full of turkey and pie. (although that does sound really nice) No its Novembeards!! for those unfamiliar with novembeards its a tradition created by the Aztec hundreds of tens of years ago where not to anger the gods they wouldn’t cut their beards for the whole month of nov. unless a virgin was sacrificed. So come join us of this celebration to end all celebrations, and lets hope our lil virgin chris stays with his routine of playstation and emo music over female contact so we can all grow really awesome beards.

I got bored and decided to run with the idea. Here’s a Flickr Group where people can post pics of their awesome beards.

I just, while looking for some programming documentation, stumbled across this site. If you’ve ever dated another person ever, you will probably find something in there you can relate to. Others are things you have yet awaiting you when you find yourself living with such a person. Others are just signs that these people really aren’t that compatible. Either way, its a good read. Well, I only read some of it, but the part I read was pretty funny. The rest of it is probably pretty funny too.

Those who can laugh without cause have either found the true meaning of happiness or have gone stark raving mad.

As you can see, my site design has changed. It’s not that I particularly wanted it to change, it’s that the old one was removed without warning by some tool that was pretending to be helpful. More specifically, I was trying out Wordpress.com. When I tried to import my posts from Blogger into Wordpress, the import manager decided that it would be fun to completely remove my template from Blogger and replace it with a link to their site. After that, I don’t think I’m going be switching over any time soon.

Anyway, I had to reapply one of the built in themes so this site would function at all. I’m working on a brand new, custom one that will hopefully be really cool.

The moral of the story is Beware of Wordpress.com. If you’re going to try it out, backup everything on Blogger you don’t want destroyed, or just don’t use their importer too.
